After searching for ages for the phone I wanted, I finally found it at Rocketshop for a very good price. I placed my order and was informed that there was no stock but would be received the following week. Although Rocketshop was let down by their supplier - delivering late and in the wrong colours - Lizzy kept me updated of the situation the entire time, even offering me a full refund for the trouble. I was patient and when stock arrived it was delivered to me literally a few hours later.

I am extremely happy with the great service given by Lizzy and her team and will definitely be shopping there again! Thank you for treating your customer with respect and courtesy, something that is very difficult to find these days.
