Once upon a time Asus offered a brilliant after sales service from their premises in Bryanston and for some reason they decided to outsource to some clueless, helpless dealers.

Its 6 weeks and I am still unable to source, let alone just order a replacement power supply for an ASUS notebook.

I should have remained with Dell, atleast I had reliable after sales service offering from this brand.
