To whom it may concern:
A contract was signed on 30 March 2013 and accompanied with a deposit of R6750.
Please note the following:
1. We met on 29 June 2013. Purpose: To explain our requirements regarding the development of the website.
2. An E-mail was sent to Ferdinant on 24 July 1213 - No response to date.
3. I phoned on 18 July in vain, only voicemail - No reply to date.
4. With regard to the above, no progress has been made and the website is null and void.

With regard to to above, I am of the opinion that Ferdinant should refund the deposit.
