Do Not! use them for your Web design

Contracted Cyber Web Design to create a new specialized website for my new business. Ferdinant assured me over and over that "Its not a problem, we can do everything exactly the way you want". Time frame would be 7 - 8 weeks. The moment I paid the 50% deposit, NOTHING started happening. Then I found out that the "Web designer" is actually subcontracted and has another company. After 4 months of Nothing and me getting quite upset, some work was done. Another 3 months later and numerous complaints from my side they decided that the website is done and that "they did what I asked for". It was actually not at all what I asked for and I could not use the site at all. R15 000 down the drain! I had to get a new company to re-design the site from scratch at HUGE expense. Cyber Web Design & Marius is also refusing to transfer my business domain that they registered on my behalf, over to me. These guys are all talk, NO service and running a Mickey Mouse operation. I would not even recommend them to my enemies.
