The remote control for my mede8er media player went faulty and we enquired at Incredible connection about getting a replacement... they gave us a wrong number to phone so a quick google and found thier web site. Signed up and ordered a replacement at around 3:30pm on Thursday... got confirmation emails etc... First thing Friday monring and the courier made the delivery.
