This company contacted me with a sales pitch that was all, they their clients! We placed an order a few months back for cartridges, just to "try them out", then decided that for the price they were charging it was not worth it.
2 months later they phoned to say they were sending the next two as the deal had been bulk deal that was offered and they had not sent the full order and therefore we HAD to accept the next 2. (Can you believe these?) When I told them that this wasn't discussed previously they didn't care, they continued with their strategy until they had the next sale, we agreed on a lower price, they stated they will send it to me for that price, now I received the cartridges and they didn't keep to the agreement. It is a sad day when a supplier has to bully/to a potential client into giving them orders, with a bad attitude to boot! Stratus, the way you conduct business its no wonder you have to and cheat..
