Claims you order more than you did

Stratus phoned me originally, then I only ordered ONE cartridge (Stratus, please check the recording). After some 2 -4 months they claimed I agreed to take 5. We came to an agreement of only THREE in total and then our business would be done. I received the other two cartridges.
Thereafter they phoned and blackmailed me with my boss' creditability and that they'll use his VAT number to report him if I don't take the other two- needless to say, I took to last two cartridges of the FIVE they CLAIMED and paid it myself. I also made myself VERY VERY CLEAR that they should NEVER contact me again.

Today I received a call, stating that I should take TWO more out of the APARANT TEN!!

From one order to ten is pushing the limits.
DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH STRATUS, their cartridges is more expensive than the generic ones and they'll harass you probably forever.
