BEWARE!! DIFFERENT PRODUCT AND NO SERVICE AFTER

We purchased a 3G dongle from their web site but they sent a DIFFERENT model from what is shown on their web page. This model was not compatible with our router. They do not want to take responsibility and refuse to take the dongle back.
