Incredible Connection
Refund needed for debit orde

Good day,
My wife has just settled the finance on her Imac which she purchased from Incredible connection. She spoke to a gentleman from Hifance who told her that if the Imac finance was settled by the 21th of December (which it was) the debit order would be cancelled. However the debit order has still come off. She has tried to get hold of Hifance with no success. Please arrange the refund with them immediately
