Very Bad Feedback and Response by the Technical

I've never received such poor service. I've taken in my iMac in for repairs and I received the quote very quick, but don't ask any questions around the repair.
1. Numerous call to the Call Centre, long wait times.
2. Can't speak to the technician, you need to email the technician.
3. That's a mistake, he basically called me a on email.
4. Escalated to Apple again, promised a response.
5. Guess what, still no response.
6. Can't get a Insurance assessment report from Apple, they are silent.
This is after purchasing an iMac, Macbook Pro, iPad, iPod Nano from the iStore. This tell me allot. Use the products for 12 months, before the warranty expires get rid of it quickly.
