A 3 day project turned into a 4 week nightmare for us. Computer Guyz salesman assured us that their technical team has the skill to execute a migration of our domain with Windows 365. We trusted them completely but after two weeks with lost information, down time & clients taking their business elsewhere on the back of no communication from us, the senior technician at Computer Guyz had to intervene. Updates was restricted to: 'we are busy solving the problem'. 2 Further weeks later Computer Guys advised us to get a specialist in. It was confirmed then that Computer Guyz had done the installation wrong, was losing our critical information and jeopardising our license to operate. The specialist (a Microsoft master) over 14 hours discovered the many errors made which prevented the installation. When we presented the evidence to Mr Pedersen, and requested they pay the bill for the specialist (which we negotiated at half price), he made it clear that they had withdrawn their invoice 'as a sign of good will' and will take no responsibility for the bill for damage control (R5000). Who thinks we have cause to go to war over the R78000 loss of income for us?
