14 weeks, No constructive response

Okay so this is my third post on hello-peter about your total disregard for customer service and after market support.

I had my computer taken into Samsung Smart Care center where I was told that it would take maximum of 4-6 weeks to have my computer repaired (this is after 2 weeks of waiting for a quote which was R5000!!)) after waiting nearly 11 weeks nothing had been done and I collect my computer out of pure frustration and maybe Id have a better chance getting it repair by a private guy (no luck, I needed the spare parts).

During those 11 weeks I made several complaints which were all ignored the most Iv ever gotten was a promise "the computer will be repaired in 2 weeks and that we are extremely sorry" which I would be okay with but that was just the first of many empty promises that they have made!

The sad part is that the computer I had (NP700G7A-S01ZA) was the best I have ever had put sadly has been put to shame by poor customer service and after market support.

SAMSUNG ALL I WANT IS MY PC FIXED... Why is that so hard... I have been patient
