Waited 20 days

I bought a computer at Vodacom Mooirivier Mall in Potchefstroom, the branch opposite Wimpy on contract, the salesman told me, I can go home, put the computer on and start working, coming home I find that its not true, I couldnt do a thing on the computer. I went back waited three hours for the manager and owner to see me, because they were busy at the back. They told me that I need a Microsoft office and must buy it myself. I was never told so. SO I complaint and when I said they must cancelled the deal, they agree to put the Microsoft Office on the computer on their expenses. But I waited 20 days with promises and no delivery. I went back on the 7th and tell the manager to cancell the deal, nothing happened till now. They didnt cancel it and didnt pay my money back they took!!!
