To whom this may concern

I spoke to an customer care agent today after they delivered a wrong battery for my laptop. So i had to go and phone and tel them that it was the wrong part. He told me he would talk to his manager and phone me in a few minutes. This did not happen and is still waiting for him to phone back. Every time I have to phone to see if they are doing their jobs it cost me money!!! My ref number is 4691691620.

I hope someone can just phone me back!! Like they said they will!!
That is not great service!!!
