Eturn policy is bogus

I bought a power supply from the company on the 2nd of august, a friday. It started giving problems and as there was a long weekend i could only take back the part on the 12th august, a monday. This means i had 4days to return the part and the sales person refused to implement the 7day return policy. As a result i have to wait 2weeks for a repair job. this is ridiculous!!
