I called the Lexmark customer care line as the blue printer ink on my Lexmark print, scan and copy machine was blocked and was not functioning. Held on for quite some time but was put onto a consultant who asked me to do various things with my printer and then asked me to read back to her. She asked me to fax off the printout and assured me that a new printer head as well as four new ink cartridges would be delivered to my home address within ten days. I have to be honest I really did not expect this. But true to her word - in fact only THREE DAYS later I received a parcel which was delivered. WOW not often we get services like this in this country. I was more than impressed. THANK YOU LEXMARK - you give me renewed hope!!! I know we are always quick to complain and that is why I decided to send you a compliment today.
