Toshiba Rentals are not up to scratch

We are a small school renting an all in one printer, copier and scanner from Toshiba in Northcliff. We have had the printer for 3 months now and every time we want to order new toners (which is included in the rental) they are always late! We wait between 2 and 3 weeks for them to deliver one toner cartridge, this has happened more than once and every time we ask them where it is we are always given a different excuse as to why it isn't delivered! When we speak to the manager (owner) of this branch raises his voice back at you when you speak to him and he says we are being a 'Drama Queen' because of their faults and that we are making up nonsence!! We are a small school with high school students who get put far behind with their work due to this problem and it is an on going problem!! We are very disappointed in this service especially from a high class company like Toshiba!! I would not recommend them to anybody!!
