Dell does not honour paid support

I logged a call for Dell to assist with my laptop battery that is not charging when plugged in. When we bought the laptop in August last year, we paid for next business day support. I phoned at around 5PM on Tuesday, 9 July, and was told that it is too late to schedule a technician for Wednesday and that the call will be attended to on Thursday, 11 July. Call reference number 879219370.

As I work at different clients, I requested that the technician meet me at a client after 3PM on Thursday. No one from Dell arrived on Thursday. On Friday I spoke to Ravindra, who I found to be extremely arrogant on the phone, and eventually spoke to Anil, Ravindra's manager. Anil promised me that they would attend to my call as soon as possible.

Low and behold, later on Friday afternoon I receive an email from Ravindra informing me that this call has now been closed. Since this support was already paid for when the laptop was purchased, this seems like breach of contract to me.
