Legally-purchased MS Office refuses to install

Don't know why I went to the trouble of buying your like a good citizen. Paid R650 for MS Office Home Premium 365 on the Mircosoft website. It will not install. Tried the online fix, restart, manual fix. Nothing. Refund my money immediately.

Impressed by your barriers to access support service -- no e-mail contact address. And your online support keeps taking me in circles. Why should I waste more money on phoning your call centre in the week, when I don't have time?
