Bad Attitude

I have been to the store in Zambezi Pretoria twice in about 2 weeks... What is wrong with the staff? it really seems to me that you employ people with no customer relation skills, cant say I am surprised as you employ a bunch of kids that are rude and arrogant, both times I have been there the salesperson is so rude and arrogant... The first time I thought the guy was maybe haveing just a bad day as we we entitled to. but after being assisted by another man I am convinced they couldn`t give a hoot of who walks in there, maybe you should employ some friendlier people, that was the last time for me... useless is the only word...
