Over a month and I still dont have my HDcard back

I handed in a HD 5970 for repairs under warranty. Two days later I called them because they didn't call me as they said they would, to find out my card is ready but when I got there I got a HD6970 (downgrade) in return. Then after waiting almost an hour I got a 5970 only to find out that it's not working (windows count even start). So I needed to go back to Johannesburg from Pretoria for the 3de time. Then I was told to wait 1 to 2 weeks for stock and now 4 weeks later I still don't have a replacement. When I call, Fillix always say he will call me back, but he never do and I even asked the speak to the manager and then he didn't answer after I called about 5 times for Fillix that day and got no answer.
