Illed for what EXACTLY???

I was contacted by CellC more than a month or two ago with an offer for a 7 INCH Tablet, with 5gig data for R188. I took the offer and two weeks later only a SIM card was delivered. I called a week later to find out when the Tablet will be delivered and I was told that they dont have stock and they will only receive them the beginning of November, but nothing happened. I called again and I was told to wait for another week. Then the consultant called to make me another offer but this time it was going to cost me - R239 p/m. She promised to call me with the delivery notice. This morning I called to find put what is going on since she has not called back and I was told they don't have stock for the second offer too. I asked why do they sell something that they do not have and I was told the manager, Prince Ngwenya, will call me back as soon as possible with an answer. What I do not understand is that I am billed for the second line which is not even activated yet. Prince has not called yet and they keep hanging up on me or transferring to an incorrect department when I call. I am starting to wonder if the next call from CELLC will be to offer something even more expensive.
