So where to start... I took my laptop in to be repaired 3 weeks ago, and at the time they said it would take 10 - 14 working days to repair. This was acceptable at the time. However when I called in yesterday which was the 15th day I was told I need to speak to the warranty manager, who was busy and I was promised a call back, which never happened, I called again and managed to speak to her, she then informed me that the unit was only picked up on the 18th, 12 days after I dropped it off. I requested an explanation and was informed that she would contact HP and find out when the unit will be back, and then she would call me to inform me of the progress. Again this never happened. I called again and was then told that not only was the unit picked up late it had now not arrived with the Supplier. I decided then that it best that I go into the store and request answers, to which I was met with an attitude of a manager who could not give me an answer because he was not dealing with this. I understand I am not the most patient customer, but for the lack of professionalism and eagerness to pass the blame, I am fuming.
