2 weeks and no joy

I reported a broken part on my laptop 2 weeks ago, I was told the part was not covered by our warranty. This was not a problem however in order to justify payment to my management I had to find out why the part was not covered. I asked the call center agent and was told "Due to technical issues we cannot tell you why..." I then asked to speak to a manager and 2 days later finally was given the information and when I asked to please be put in contact with the out of service team was not contacted again. The following week I contacted them and arranged for repairs and was told they would be out the next day. They have contacted me once since to say they are waiting on parts, I keep asking for confirmation of a date as I need the laptop to work, however no one has contacted me back in 2 days and they had told me they would be here yesterday. They just didn't pitch, no phone call, no mail. Seems our company will be better off with IBM or HP.
