Horrible service!!!

I ordered a Cyborg RAT5 gaming mouse from them about 3 weeks ago, I was informed that it would be there a week later. The next monday I phoned them because no one let me know if anything has arrived. I was informed that it wasn't delivered yet but they would phone the supplier to hear what was going on and then call me afterwsrds to tell me what is happening. I had to call them everyday since then! by last week friday I was already very upset with the service given to me, yet I called them again and spoke to Ashraf (not sure if that is the correct name), he explained to me that its not there yet but on monday he will call a different supplier that usually delivers on the same day. WHY was this not done in the first place!?! Just before closing time on monday I gave him a call again, it had not arived yet and I was assuerd it would be there tuesday! FINALLY I thought I could get it! I phoned them just passed 12 today (tuesday) and I was told it had arrived, but I can not get it because its a broken unit!!! WHAT?!? three weeks waiting for a mouse to be delivered only to be told that its broken you can't get it! I am appaled by this kind of service and would not reccomend Chaos to anyone!
