I purchased an aPen smart pen for iPad from [URL Removed] which is part of vexon computers cc [URL Removed] and the same company as [URL Removed] these online stores are all part of one company, person in charge is Mr Theo Moodley. I made the payment online on the same day of purchase i.e. 17-April-2013. I received an invoice same day, but still today, I have never received my parcel, nor any correspondence instead their telephone number listed on the website is not working. They don't respond to my e-mails. i have sent numerous e-mails inquiring, all that falls on deaf ears. I'm going to open a case at the police station because what they did is.
