Will never ever buy from any Matrix branch again!

I have never felt so belittled in my life over a R80 cooling fan! I have bought at many IT stores including many branches of Matrix and never ever have I had to explain myself like a person that absolutely knows nothing about pc's.
I build my pc with parts I have bought at various different suppliers and online internet stores and never have I experienced what I have had at The Matrix Warehouse when RMA'ing any product that is under warranty.
I bought two 120mm Aerocool Fan's on the 11th of September 2012 and ran these two fans in my brand new watercooled computer. I went with watercooling as to keep the pc as quiet as possible and set the 2 fans on the lowest level which is level 1 to keep the noise down. Yesterday I heard a buzzing/whining sound come from the pc and started to unplug the two fans one by one. When I unplugged the second fan the very annoying whining sound was immediately gone. I thought great RMA the noisy fan as it's still under warranty and set off to Matrix warehouse. I explained the problem to the sales person there and off he went to test it. A couple of minutes later he together with the owner returned refusing to RMA the fan stating nothing wrong
