No refund after two months, poor customer service

I placed an order online on [URL Removed] 08 March 2013 for an ultrabook as advertised on their website. This order was cnofirmed on the site and via e-mail from [Email Removed]
I subsequenly received a call from David Walker - CEO of Bitflash. He stated that the item listed on the website was no longer available and a refund would be processed immediately.

Two months later I have still not received the refund. There has been numerous telephonic conversations, e-mails and text messages between myself, David and Bitflash staff all promising to immediately process the refund but this has not happened.
