Car broke down after a week

I bought a car from a dealer and i had to wait a week to recieve it as they first wanted to have it checked by the AA Dekra when i recieved it the brake pads were all worn out and the radiator had a leek i phoned them and told them. A few days later the car broke down with me next to the road. The mechanic that is workong on it informed me that the car has to get a new enjin.i informed the garage wich they then replied i had to fix it thru my motor policy plan.i also asked for a borrow car because i cant work or nothing without my car wich they then informed me they cant borrow me one. What am i to do? i dont have the money to fix the car as i just bought it and did not ever drive it for a week? I am loosing lost of money as my income depends on me driving to my customers
