Dont trust Dekra!

I recently purchased a BMW 323i, it was sen to dekra for a multipoint inspection.
I than had left the country for a week, i ended up driving the car for 2 weeks,

as i had to do an emergency stop at a garage on second gear the control arm snapped into two.
When i called Dekra i spoke to a supervisor named Mike, he said there is nothing he can do an it isn't they fault, he later told me to go to BMW and ask them why they make so weak parts for they cars,

They may check everything but there was no reports of the control arm been worn or has any signs of it been replaced, or the arm itself been bent ect,

He then promise to send me an email saying its not they problem,
after calling him 3 times in two days i still haven't received any feedback.

The car wasn't really road worthy, thank i was taking of one second gear in a garage and not doing an emergency stop on the highway.

Please try an avoid these people as much as you can,
rather send your car to another dekra as they pass cars that isn't road worthy.

It may cost you your life.
