DHL NOT GIVING A RESOLUTION DATE

My consignment arrives at DHL facility OR Tambo (scanned in according to tracking) and is then sent to delivery facility Spartan (scanned in according to tracking) and then its gone.
When asking as to how long their (DHL) investigation would take (I asked Adele whether it would a week, a month or a year)... she had no idea.
