Unsafe car approved by Dekra

Im busy with the consumer protection act against a dealer and Dekra for giving and approving a unsafe car to me, i havent even drove 1500km yet and already they come with the excuses of you already drove the car, im going to have it inspected Monday and if we find that it be engine mountings, and my stabalizer drag links are bend after your experienced service and road test station said that it is approved and all was in good condition there be a law suit, and that is not even the worst case my brake fluid pipes is being worn out by my rims as it is laying all over the place and not even connected as in the standards of the motor industry law
Between The Dealer and Dekra i want this car fixed to Road and motor industry Law, by any Rmi approved suspension spesialist of my choice, there is a lot i dont want to add on here because people might get to much negativity from this so called trustworthy company, get in touch will send whoever the certificates, Mails and SMS that i have delt with and that i have reported all problems in a week time to Sales and inf persons at the dealers
