NO PETROL SUPPLIED AFTER I PAID

On Monday morning before work, I stopped at the Sasol Petrol Station on Harry Gwala / Booth Road to get R100 petrol and cigarettes. I was using my card so I had to pay inside. I paid for my petrol and smokes and went back to my car where I was Questioned by the petrol attendant, "Did you pay? ". I got just past Pavilion when I realised my petrol light came on and there had been no petrol put in my tank. I went back to the Station after work at around 5:30pm and was told to come back in the morning. Which I did and was turned away again as the manager nor supervisor were in, again.

I am disgusted in the treatment and the lack of effort put in by Sasol and I sure hope I will be refunded.

There is no need for your copy paste/automated response with your customer care line number as I called the head office on MONDAY and received a reference number and was told someone would get back to me.
Which obviously has not been done.
