Contract Cancellation Request

As a first time Car buyer I signed a contract at LAZARUS MOTOR COMPANY Centurion dealer for New Car that included Laz Care Auto Body Maintenance Plan (Gold). After realizing that my Insurance offer me the same services, I requested to cancel this contract on the 5th March I called LAZ Care Auto the same day asking them what procedure to follow if i want to cancel, I was told to write my request and fax to Theunis. 25 April i called to follow up again on my request then i was told the contract is not cancelled as i must fax my CONFIDENTIAL FINANCE CONTRACT between myself and my bank so they can keep as proof on their side, what i dont understand is what does my Financial cotract have to do with them as i have signed a separate contract with them why dont they ask me to fax them their contract and my Finance account number to pay the money back to the Bank Financing me? This is to take advantage of customers like me that didnt know much about what they are signing for when buying a car and delaying the process so that they can keep taking our money. Until today my contract is not cancelled with LAZ Care Auto.
