My Toyota Lexus was booked for the 22nd of Aug for a seal replacement on the crank. The appointment was made the previous week already and i received an Sms from Toyota on the 21st of Aug reminding me that i have an appointment for the replacement of the seal for the next day. When we got to Toyota on the 22nd, they couldnt find the part that was supposed to be replaced. Then after a long wait and phone calls they said the seal was never ordered. This is not the first time that i had a bad experience with Toyota. Its a waste of time and energy and frustrates me, i feel that they could have checked before and let me know that they forgot to order the part/seal. I made arrangements for another vehicle for the day (which i cannot afford to go without) and had to cancel and make new arrangements. Now they will let me know when they get the part. This is very unprofessional!
