No feedback or update on the repairs of my ca

On 15 March my wife was in an accident and the car was towed to Renew- IT Randburg. I went to Renew IT about 3 weeks ago to get an update on the car. The person (I do not recall his name) advised me that they were awaiting the parts for the car and that he would contact me to give me regular updates.

3 Weeks later and I still have no feedback on the progress of the vehicle. I phoned them this morning for an update and spoke to a Lee who could not even find the car on her system. She advised that she would get the relevant person to contact me.

I am still waiting for someone to contact me and tell me what the is going on with my car. Service is pathetic if they can not even find the car on their system.

The car must be there as I saw the car there on the day it was towed in.
Can someone please contact me urgently!!!??
