Fitted my exhaust incorrectly and denied it!

Hi,

On the 7/1/13 I dropped my car off for an assessment and received a call a bit later where I was told that my steering rack needed to be reconditioned.

Long story short I only get my car back on the following Monday but heres where the trouble starts:

- Upon arriving at the premises I find that the company was sold and is under new management, this all happened without anyone informing me.

- My car was in a dirty state, to make things worse when I got into the drivers side I noticed that the foot panel was laying on the passenger seat. The mechanic then asked if I gave them the car with the foot panel laying on the passenger side.

- The car sounded substantially different.

The steering was back to normal so I thought I'd overlook the above things and pay, then things got worse:

- Driving home I noticed an unnatural amount of vibration flowing right through the car.

- I gave the car another look at home and noticed my tail pipes were skew!

I decided I will return to DriveShaft the next day. The man in charge, Chris, denied everything from the get go even though when they put the car on the lift it was clear the exhaust has been fitted incorrectly.

Dont use DriveShaft!
