My personal Belongings were from my vehicle

On the 12/03/2013 my car overheated, I called Mini and was told to drive there and leave the car immediately.
In a rush, I parked and handed over the key to Atish Singh the consultant. I did not remove my personal belongings, on the 15th when I collected the car, I noticed my Tom Ford Sunglasses worth R3, 800 was. I have pleaded with Sandton Auto to ask the team who worked on the car, they kept referring to their disclaimer, I have since had my attorney write to them. A disclaimer does in no way mean, you may my property and then ignore me. These big Corporates so easily dismiss the very hand that feeds them. I have resorted to open a case with the SAPS, and have requested an investigation into the 6 staff members who worked on my vehicle. Both my attorney and myself have not received any responses to our enquiries, not even a courtesy call to apologise..
