They used my money and claim that we had agreement

In october 2012, I bought a car with bluermarlin and because there was a need of cash deposit I had to make a loan from nedbank. I wanted exaclty the amount for the deposit which was R25000 but the lady there by the name of Louise suggested that I can take a maximum of R65000. I fell for that and continued to loan an amount of R62000 which by our agreement that the rest (change of R40000) will be paid back to me.

I never got that money, the boss there by the name of Chris only gave me R5000 only out of that money. He kept on giving me empty promises and now I just cannot get hold of them.
Please help if you have any clue of their whereabouts.
