Car not fixed after 10 times!

Bought Yaris (2012 14 500km on clock), Feb 2013. The day I went to get it, Toyota bumped my rear bumper. They did not tell me about it, went back to them and told them they must fix it. After 10 times my bumper is still not fixed. I was at the MD and the car is still not fixed. I told them the tenth time just give my car as I'm fed up arguing with amateurs. Was at other Toyota branches as they say the car is still not right and Worcester Toyota is taking me for a ride. I don't want my car to be fixed anymore I just want my money back. The bumper is hanging to the one side, the guy at Toyota said its because of the lights weight on that side where they bumped it! hahaha. my bumpers colour differ from the body. here is the the steps they took to fix my bumper.
1. Used prettily putty, 2. Golden wood, 3. Black wood, 4. see through silicone, 5.Black silicone, 6. Body inside bend to fit, 7. Potato bag wire, 8. Black silicone, 9.Reaming of bumper holes, 10.New bumper and colour differ.
I live in Paarl and have to drive to Worcester 60km each time
Talked to Toyota SA.
I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!! NOTHING ELSE!
If they cant fix a bumper, wonder how the service of my engine was done
