Bumper has dents, chips and different colo

I had an accident in March and my car was sent to HJ Bosch and sons for repairs by insurance. When I received my car after repairs it had dents and chips on the back bumper and when I asked why it had dents and chips, I was told it wasn't part of the accident, and I agree it was not and so it was supposed to come back in the condition it was in when HJ Bosch and sons received it, my car didn't have the dents and chips when it was sent to the shop. Another thing the same bumper that has dents and chips looks totally different to the car and looks like a bumper from a different car that got fitted onto mine, when I asked why, I was told the colours would never match because plastic and metal are different colours and hence the bumper is different. My problem is when the car went to the shop it had uniform colour all over; you couldn't tell that the bumper is different to the car. All the colours were blending. But this bumper, its colour is much lighter and looks totally different to the car. They had also promised me that it would take them 12 working days to fix the car but I got the car 22 days later. I am happy that the car is fixed but I am not satisfied. Thanks in advance
