Car Repairs done very poorly

My car went in for a bumper basing repair job. When it was returned, I had a rattling exhaust and badly replaced rubber seal, between the bonnet and bumper.
they collected the car to fix it and low and behold, it is returned with scratches on my back bumper and on the front bumper and the sealer is still not fixed properly.
