Got to the branch was told that they will trade my car for used merc car and I will not paying a cent.
All the xtra's on a new car were not disclosed, this is against NCA requirement.
Called compliance officer who made a statement that some extra cannot be disclosed.
The retail price of the car is R336k but they selling the car for R398k which is more xpensive than the new c class avalace.
This is dishonesty-against nca
My understanding is that a company cannot xceed 10% extra as additional on retail.
By back options not explained.
Compliance officer and second in charge cannot assist me, wat abt the image of the brand? how many customers have been hit by this misinformation, dishonesty, misrepresntation?
This is worse than tsunami-violated NCA rules
Where do I report or sue this company as they violated rules of NCA?
