Auto-mate

Good morning,

I'm Maggie Mafokwane having a problem with Automate service centre Honeydew took my car (toyota auris) for repairs and they gave me quote of R21625, 80 after few days they phoned saying they found something wrong that they didn't include on the quote they said is gonna come to R26700.00. I refused said i can only afford R26000, 00 which they send me invoice on the 28-03-2013 for R26000.00 advising me to pay R16000.00 via EFT and R10 000.00 which i did and went to pick my car. After collecting the car have realised that is not properly fixed took back them they diagonised it and find problems which they said they can't fix i must take it to toyota. And charged me R399.00.

I have asked them to give me invoice that shows i have paid R16000.00 via EFT and R10 000.00 cash, to my suprise it was different (less) to the one emailed to me.

Your assistance in this matter will be highly appreciated.
