Overcharged and awaiting agreed refund

Europcar claimed we did over 2000km in the car, we were lucky if we did 200km. This was impossible, they billed me for doing those KM, upon informing them of the error they said they would refund me as they had already deducted the amount from my credit card.
That was 5 days back, each time I phone they say it has been approved and that I will be refunded before the end of business on said day. I am still waiting.
