September I bought a vehicle at this branch. After battling for 2months they eventually listened to my complaints, cancelled the purchase and gave me a different vehicle on 30Nov. Withing a week I had problems with the vehicle. Took it in, but they only checked the computer. It is getting worse by the day. Cables have been bitten by mice, the car won't start and reverse at times, at times it loses power and just slows down as if you are breaking. The Dealer Principle and salesman is now ignoring me. I have spoken to VW SA and they said they can't really do anything. When I did the first sale I told Jaco not to me and give me the service that I am paying for. I have queried why I have been charged for smash and grab if the vehicle had it already - no reply. The car details on the contract differs from what it actually is. I refuse to do any business with them ever again and if I still don't get any reaction, I will take this as far as I can! I work hard for my money, and expect value for what I buy!
