SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Two weeks ago i took my car in for a service. it was my cars first service at 15 000 km. I own a polo vivo.
From when i arrived to when i left the service i received was appalling and disgraceful and i do not know how this branch expects customers to return.

I arrived to book my car in and hand over the keys and one gentleman who was sitting at his desk looks up, makes eye contact and then looks down again not even offering to help. Several minutes later a lady with a "customer friendly" sachet on walks around and yet she too ignores me. Several minutes later, eventually a lady took my keys. I then went to empty the car and the security guard with his umbrella as it was raining did not help me and i got wet. when i returned and was waiting at the door, instead of the lady with the customer friendly sachet, helping me and greeting me, she just closed the door. Not once was i offered a seat or a cup of coffee.

Secondly when my car was cleaned, 3 of 4 wheels were cleaned and the last one left dirty, the clock in my car was then set at the complete wrong time and overall the car was still a mess.
my brakes are also not right
