I've had three run-ins with Audi in the last while and the experience when dealing with Audi has been exceptional. The first was when I locked part of my key in the boot and the car went into deadlock. I called the 24hour emergency road side assistance. The friendly lady on the other end of the line greeting me with Hello Mr Surname. Wow, it's a simple thing, but already I'm feeling special. She then listened to me and said she would put me though to a technician. She called the technician and put is in a three-way conversation. She kept ownership of the problem throughout. The technician arrange a time to meet me, and called me just before he arrived. She said she would call me 15 minutes after the technician arrived and she did so... on the dot. Very impressive.

The second experience was exactly the same when I couldn't get my flat wheel loose. The third experience was during a service. It was much the same and they left me feeling like a million bucks. My car was serviced and when I left, it was stopped at the door, running, with the driver door open - ready for me to drive away. They even gave me a bottle of water. I wish I could type more, but I'm out of space.
