Disgraceful customer service!!

On Monday morning my mother went into your Tokai branch and received the worst customer service she has ever experienced. To start, she was the only customer in the shop and was not met by an assistant for 10 minutes, she went to the security guard to ask if anyone could help her and he replied with 'I don't know, i'm just security'. She then went to the cashier to ask for help and received a similar response. Why did no one call an assistant? After 15 minutes someone came to help her, the lady was equally disinterested and went as far as answering her phone while my mum was talking. In the end, my mum was given the wrong product and had to drive back to the shop to receive the correct one. She went to security to have her slip checked and the security guard had the audacity to tell her 'we are not used to seeing customers we don't like twice in one day'. This is absolutely disgraceful customer service and needless to say, you have lost our business and the business of all our friends and extended family who will hear about this story. I hope something is seriously done about this as it is detrimental to your business and frankly unacceptable.
