Dissapointed with Toyota!

Hi,
I bought a new Toyota Etios from Market Toyota in August 2012. I parked my car on the Friday night in my driveway and on the Sunday, when I got into my car, I noticed that the floor on the passenger side was flooded as a result of the rain that we had. My car was booked in at Toyota on the Monday (20/08/2012) and I received it back on Friday. I was told that the plastic cover was not installed correctly when the auidio system was installed. They reinstalled the platic cover on the 27/09/2012, but the car came back with the same problem. This time the panels were removed and checked and new Toyota speakers were fitted.

There was also an incident two weeks after I bought the car when it didn't want to start. I then discovered that the one terminal on the battery was loose. When I enquired about this I was told it must have happened when the radio was installed.

On the 30/11/2012 the car went back as it was still leaking. Panels were removed and photographs taken and sent to Market Toyota. I have had no response from them up until this day (12/01/2013) and consider this very poor service! I should not be experiencing so many problems as the car is brand new!
